At SNO Swimwear, we believe in intentional luxury, crafted with care, delivered with integrity. While each piece is made to order to reduce waste and support conscious fashion, your satisfaction is just as important as our commitment to sustainability.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your swimwear. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please reach out. We're happy to offer returns, exchanges, or store credit on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

 

To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Email us at care@shopsno.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A small restocking fee may apply in certain cases due to the made-to-order nature of our items.

 

We’ll Make It Right

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Please email care@shopsno.com within 14 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll prioritize correcting it as quickly as possible, with a replacement, refund, or credit.

 

Cancellations

Because each order is handcrafted just for you, we begin production shortly after purchase. For that reason, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders once they’re confirmed. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase, and feel free to reach out with questions ahead of time.
